We’ve had a very exciting delivery here at LG HQ, our new Dugard 2000 XP CNC Machine has arrived and is being installed in our workshop.
As the new machine is much larger than our current CNC machine, it allows the team to work with larger workpieces, carry out larger production runs and improve the overall efficiency in the workshop, while also ensuring our customers are getting the quality that they deserve.
The Dugard 2000 XP comes with many exciting features such as:
- Large travels X/Y/Z
- High clamping force secures tools for high spindle speeds. Labyrinth seal with positive air pressure prevents bearing contamination
- Linear slideways on all axes offering exceptional rapids of 33M/Min
