You have been selected to provide feedback for Becky Head, HR Manager. Your feedback is an important part of Becky’s leadership development process. This tool is intended to gather broad feedback in the core competencies and role responsibilities that are important for the on-going success of our organisation.
In responding to the assessment form, please think about your experiences working with Becky. Your responses will be merged with other’s feedback and presented to Becky in order for her to carry out a self-evaluation task and to guide her in her on-going development. A selection of employees in different roles have been selected in order to provide a rounded view of Becky’s performance, so please do share your name if you feel comfortable as it will assist in the self-evaluation and her ongoing professional development.
